Our one level and two level,one ,two, three and four bedroom & baths condos are the perfect "home base" for your next trip to the Mexican Caribbean.

Villas Marlin is located across the street from the largest mall in Cancun (Kulkulcan Plaza) where you can find movies, bowling, restaurants and shops. It is also located close to many other restaurants and night clubs in the hotel zone.
It is only a 15 minute drive from the airport and downtown is only 15 minutes to the North.
Villas Marlin , Cancun, Mexico, Quintana Roo, Hotel Zone, Kilometer marker 12.5, is located between the Sheraton and Ritz Carlton Hotels, directly behind the Kulkulcan Plaza.
